Selamat Datang di Website Resmi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Jakarta

Jakarta, February 2025 — The Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Jakarta State University (FISH UNJ) officially launched the Integrated Service Unit (ULT) in an event attended by the entire academic community of FISH UNJ. The inauguration was led directly by the Acting Dean and Vice Dean II, Mr. Aris Munandar, M.Si.

Previously, FISH UNJ's academic services used a decentralized approach where students had to access services through their respective study programs. With the presence of the Integrated Service Unit, all administrative and academic needs of students are now centered in one strategic location, namely the Administration Room (TU).

"This innovation is a strategic step to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of services to students," said Mr. Aris Munandar in his remarks. "With this integrated system, students no longer need to go back and forth between study programs and TU to complete administrative matters. All needs can be completed in one place with more concise and transparent procedures."

The FISH UNJ Integrated Service Unit is designed to handle various administrative needs of students, including processing certificates, transcripts, academic leave applications, document legalization, and other academic consultations. This integrated system not only makes things easier for students, but also improves coordination between units within the faculty.

"This Integrated Service Unit is a manifestation of FISH UNJ's commitment to continue to innovate in providing the best service to all students. We hope that this innovation can increase student satisfaction with the faculty's administrative services and support the smooth running of the academic process," added Mr. Aris Munandar.

With the inauguration of the Integrated Service Unit, FISH UNJ proves its dedication to continue developing a service system that is oriented towards user satisfaction and administrative excellence. This innovation is in line with UNJ's vision to become a world-class university that excels in educational services.

The launch of the Integrated Service Unit also coincides with the momentum approaching the holy month of Ramadan. The inauguration event also became an event for Tarhib Ramadhan (welcoming Ramadhan) which strengthened the relationship between lecturers and education staff within the FISH UNJ environment. After the inauguration, the event continued with halal bihalal activities as a symbol of readiness to welcome the month of Ramadan. []
