This activity is the peak of the selection for outstanding students who have gone through various stages of academic and non-academic assessments.
The 2025 UNJ Pilmapres aims to find the best students who not only excel in academics, but also have innovation, communication skills, and leadership that can contribute to society. The finalists who have successfully reached the grand final stage have passed a strict selection process, including the assessment of scientific papers and track records of achievements at the national and international levels.
The Pilmapres Grand Final was attended by three finalists representing the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, namely Muhammad Yudanto (Pancasila and Citizenship Education Undergraduate Study Program), Faza Sabila Firdaus (Islamic Religious Education Undergraduate Study Program), and Farah Kesya Saira (Applied Undergraduate Study Program in Travel and Tourism Business).
One of the finalists from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Faza Sabila Firdaus, successfully won the title of Most Inspiring Mawapres. This achievement shows that Faza is able to become an inspiring figure for many students at the State University of Jakarta. It is hoped that this victory can motivate students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law to be more active in achieving achievements, both in academic and non-academic fields.
Director of Student Affairs and Alumni, Yasep Setiakarnawijaya gave a speech at the opening of the event. He stated that this momentum is a real manifestation of supporting and appreciating students who have brilliant achievements. The finalists who attended were the best students from their respective faculties who had passed various selections from the faculty level to the university level, including attending the Mawapres school and various other assessments.
Meanwhile, in his closing remarks, Prof. Ifan as the Vice Chancellor for Academic, Student Affairs, and Alumni congratulated the winners of the Main Mawapres and category winners. "For those who did not get a category, do not be discouraged. Because when you are here representing your respective faculties, you are the best of the faculty. Because this is a competition, of course there must be a winner."
And he advised the champions who represent UNJ at the national level.
"We all hope that the representatives from UNJ can step higher at the regional level to the national level. Congratulations to the champions!" concluded Prof. Ifan, then continued by closing the activity.
