Hal ini tentunya perlu strategi baru dalam menyusun formula Personal Branding. Kuliah Kerja Lapangan online sesi kesembilan, <em>Personal Branding<\/em> Bersama Vena Annisa mengupas tuntas mengenai personal branding. Acara dimoderasi oleh Marisa Puspita Sary, M.Si, Dosen Program<br \/>Studi Ilmu Komunikasi 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYang namanya personal brand itu adalah persepsi atau reputasi seseorang yang di persepsikan oleh orang yang melihat\u201d Ucap Vena. Vena menegaskan bahwa selain branding yang tercipta dengan sendirinya oleh persepsi masyarakat, kita wajib memiliki strategi dalam personal branding untuk diri sendiri. Vena menuangnya dalam BCG, yaitu <em>Create your personal <strong>B<\/strong>rand, Launch the <strong>C<\/strong>ampaign, and The <strong>G<\/strong>oal<\/em>.
