{"id":2900,"date":"2025-11-01T04:19:13","date_gmt":"2025-11-01T04:19:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fis.unj.ac.id\/ikom\/?p=2900"},"modified":"2025-11-10T08:27:19","modified_gmt":"2025-11-10T08:27:19","slug":"s-1-communication-science-unj-lecturers-achieve-top-20-finalist-position-at-wjes-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fis.unj.ac.id\/ikom\/?p=2900","title":{"rendered":"S-1 Communication Science UNJ Lecturers Achieve Top 20 Finalist Position at WJES 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"409\" src=\"https:\/\/fis.unj.ac.id\/ikom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Mba-Noprita.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2901\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Jakarta, 29 October 2025<\/strong> \u2013 <em>S-1 Communication Science Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ)<\/em> announced that its lecturer team has secured a Top 20 Finalist position at the West Java Economic Society (WJES) 2025 for their recommendation paper titled <em>\u201cBridging Job Anxiety and Passion: A Strategic Recommendation for Youth.\u201d<\/em> The selection was made following the final presentation on 22 October 2025 at the Bank Indonesia West Java Representative Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authored by <strong>Noprita Herari, M.I.Kom (UNJ)<\/strong>, <strong>Marlina, S.E., M.I.Kom (LSPR)<\/strong>, <strong>Dunola Tri Nugraeni, M.I.Kom (LSPR)<\/strong>, and <strong>Mega Ayu Permatasari, M.Si (UNJ)<\/strong>, the paper proposes a communication-based strategy to help high school students convert job-related anxiety into constructive preparedness through guided passion exploration and skill development aligned with industry needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final presentation took place on <strong>Wednesday, October 22, 2025,<\/strong> at the <strong>Bank Indonesia West Java Representative Office<\/strong>. Out of numerous submissions, the UNJ team\u2019s research was recognised for its theoretical depth, practical relevance, and strategic insights in addressing youth employment challenges through a communication perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study not only bridges academic research and public concern but also reflects UNJ\u2019s commitment to producing research that contributes to social innovation and youth development. By combining communication theory with actionable strategies, the authors highlight how educational institutions can play a transformative role in shaping future-ready generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Coordinator of S1 Communication Science UNJ, Dr. Dini Safitri, S.Sos., M.Si., CPR., expressed her pride and appreciation for the team\u2019s achievement \u201cCongratulations to Ms. Noprita and her team for achieving a place in the top 20.
