The Communication Studies Study Program has a quality assurance team that strictly monitors and also upholds the quality of the curriculum content, learning methods and academic results. With continuous scrutiny and continuous evaluation, the quality assurance team ensures that it accepts students who are in line with the standards and objectives of communication science teaching. With that, the quality assurance team contributes to maintaining a dynamic learning environment and helps in enriching students who continue their studies in the field of communication science.

The Quality Assurance Team is connected from the university, faculty to the study program. So that the quality assurance team can monitor and maintain the quality of learning can be more complex.

The main tasks in the Quality Assurance Team are : 

1. Implementing the Quality Cycle (PPEPP) and improving the quality standards of study programs.
2. Develop standards, quality indicators, monitoring and evaluation instruments at the program level.
3. Monitor and evaluate teaching periodically every three months.
4. Coordinating related to the preparation and implementation of internal, external, and international accreditation.
