
Jakarta, July 2 2026 – Communication Science study program UNJ officially received the endorsement of its revised Vision, Mission, and Curriculum from the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FISH). This milestone reflects the program’s commitment to maintaining academic excellence and ensuring the continuous development of a curriculum that responds to contemporary educational and industry needs.
The endorsement meeting was attended by Prof. Tjipto Sumadi, Chair of the FISH Academic Senate; Firdaus Wajdi, M.A., Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law; Dr. Kurniawati, M.Si., Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Alumni; Dr. Dini Safitri, S.Sos., M.Si., CPR., Coordinator of the Undergraduate Communication Science Study Program; Dr. E. Nugrahaeni P., M.Si.; and Dr. Marisa Puspita Sary, M.Si. as lecturer of communication science UNJ
The approval marks an important step in ensuring that the Undergraduate Communication Science Program continues to uphold high academic standards while preparing graduates with relevant competencies to meet future challenges in the field of communication.
The Coordinator of Communication Science UNJ, Dr. Dini Safitri, S.Sos., M.Si., CPR., expressed her feelings, “Hopefully, with this Senate approval, the UNJ Communication Studies program will be able to realize its vision and mission and implement its curriculum as effectively as possible.”
