Jakarta, February 10, 2026 — The Undergraduate Program in Communication Science, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) participated in the Socialization of UNJ SBM and Coordination on APC Management for SINTA-Indexed Journals 2026 held on Thursday, February 5, 2026. This event is an academic forum aimed at supporting coordination related to scholarly journal management within the university.
The participation of the Undergraduate Program in Communication Science UNJ was represented by lecturers of Communication Science, Dr. Dini Safitri, S.Sos., M.Si., CPR, and Noprita Herari, M.I.Kom. Their involvement reflects the program’s commitment to actively supporting institutional initiatives related to academic publication and journal governance, particularly in the context of SINTA-indexed journals.
Beyond academic representation, the Undergraduate Program in Communication Science UNJ was also marked by the involvement of the Editor in Chief and Managing Editor of the Communications journal. The participation highlighted the role of editorial leadership in supporting responsible journal management and strengthening the quality of scholarly publications within the university environment.
Dr. Dini Safitri, S.Sos., M.Si., CPR., Coordinator of the Undergraduate Communication Science Study Program, stated,
“The Communications journal currently maintains a no-APC policy. The editorial team intends to gradually introduce Article Processing Charges once key operational and quality targets have been successfully fulfilled.”
Through this activity, the Undergraduate Program in Communication Science UNJ demonstrates its ongoing engagement in strengthening academic coordination and contributing to the sustainability of scientific publication practices within the university environment.
