S-1 Communication Science Students UNJ Advance to National Stage of Bawaslu’s 2025 Electoral Law Enforcement Debate Competition

Bawaslu officially announced the list of qualified teams on 19 October 2025, following the elimination rounds involving dozens of universities nationwide. UNJ was named among 24 universities advancing to the national level, representing Jakarta Province.

The team comprises three S-1 Communication Science studentsLaurenthya Kin Tannya, Naura Inayah, and Rheza Eka Athallah. They will represent UNJ in the national-level debate scheduled for 24–29 November 2025 in Jakarta, beginning with an online technical meeting before entering the main rounds.

Scheduled to take place in Jakarta from 24 to 29 November 2025, the national stage will begin with an online Technical Meeting. Participants from across Indonesia will later compete in a series of debates that test their ability to present constructive and well-grounded legal perspectives on electoral issues.

The Coordinator of S-1 Communication Science UNJ, Dr. Dini Safitri, S.Sos., M.Si., CPR., expresses her feelings, “Congratulations to all team members and advisors. We hope you can advance to the next stage and reach the finals….”

The accomplishment is expected to inspire more students to pursue excellence and actively participate in various academic competitions. It also reinforces UNJ’s commitment to fostering innovation, leadership, and integrity within the higher education landscape.
