Encouraging Post-Pandemic Innovation, FIS UNJ Undergraduate Communication Science Study Program Participates in Lecture Sessions of The Eurasia International Course 2023

Jakarta, 17 October 2023 – The Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University (FIS UNJ) held lectures for the fourth session of The Eurasia International Course 2023. This program is a collaboration between FIS UNJ and The Eurasia Foundation (from Asia) and is part of FIS UNJ’s internationalization efforts. This activity was moderated by the Head of UNJ’s Undergraduate Communication Science Study Program which was attended in a hybrid manner, namely on campus A UNJ and Live Streaming Youtube FIS UNJ on October 13 2023.


At The Eurasia International Course 2023, the 4th session brought the theme The Japanese Tradition to Fight the Pandemic of Covid-19, this material was presented by Dianni Risda from the Indonesian Education University (UPI). In her presentation, Dianni explained the various challenges faced by Japan, such as climate, earthquakes, technology and demographics. Japan overcomes this by prioritizing innovation, communication and collaboration, said Dianni


Choir of the Undergraduate Communication Science Study Program, Dr. Dini Safitri S.Sos, M.Si, CPR was also happy and participated in The Eurasia International Course 2023 activities. “If we study foreign cultures, we can learn useful things, such as Japanese people who can brand cherry blossoms as a typical Japanese flower, even though cherry blossoms are not native to Japan. “The automotive world is also developing rapidly because there is research that adapts to user needs, such as cars that can park automatically, etc.,” said Dini.
