
Jakarta, June 30, 2025 – Azilla Khaira Tussa, a student of the Communication Science S-1 Study Program UNJ batch 2022, managed to show her best abilities by winning a silver medal at the “Kasal Cup 2025” in the Open Women’s Wakeboarding Category. This achievement is a clear proof of Azilla’s dedication and hard work in pursuing the wakeboarding sport, which is still relatively rare in Indonesia.
This competition was held on June 25-29, 2025 at Lake Sunter, North Jakarta, and was initiated by the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) as a form of appreciation and support for water sports athletes in the country. This silver medal adds to Azilla’s list of achievements and further emphasizes her potential as a talented wakeboard athlete who is ready to compete in the national and international arena.
The Coordinator of the UNJ Communication Science S-1 Study Program gave a message and hopes for Azilla’s achievements, “Congratulations to Azilla, hopefully there will be more national achievements and increase in international achievements. Do not forget that all of these achievements are also archived properly and reported on the student achievement system so that the recognition will be wider and more useful for our beloved UNJ.”
