Jakarta, August 13, 2025 – The S-1 Communication Science Program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) held Evaluation 122 as part of its continuous commitment to strengthening program quality and academic excellence. The forum served as a reflective platform to assess achievements, address challenges, and formulate strategic directions for both academic and non-academic development.
Importantly, Evaluation 122 is closely tied to the program’s upcoming accreditation process, which requires structured preparation across all academic and administrative aspects. The activity involved active participation from lecturers, students, and academic staff, ensuring that every accreditation standard is carefully addressed to enhance the program’s competitiveness and educational services.
By combining internal evaluation with accreditation readiness, the S-1 Communication Science Program of UNJ underscores its commitment to advancing academic quality, broadening institutional collaboration, and building an adaptive, innovative learning environment for its students. This step also reflects the program’s vision to remain a leading and trusted study program in the field of communication science at both national and international levels.
Dr. Dini Safitri, S.Sos., M.Si., CPR., Coordinator of the S-1 Communication Science Program at UNJ, stated “For the past two semesters, we have been conducting end-of-semester evaluations by reviewing the results of a survey conducted by the Student Executive Board (BEM), which includes feedback from active students who participated in classes during the previous semester. Previously, evaluations were only conducted internally among faculty members. This demonstrates the program’s commitment to improving the quality of education. Additionally, faculty members are preparing for accreditation, which will require active student participation in collecting data and preparing the necessary evidence and documents for the accreditation process. We hope the program will achieve an excellent accreditation rating.”
